Due to her half-fossil nature, Tiger's vision, hearing, and sense of smell are heightened. She can scent other gems from as far as a mile away.

Powerful Bite
Tiger doesn't have a high enough concentration of fossil genetics to shatter gems with her bite, but it remains more forceful than the average gem's. She can crunch through bone and chew through most manmade materials.

Quadrupedal Movement
Due to her half-fossil nature, Tiger can move readily on all fours.

Personality
Tiger is naturally reserved and cautious, as an imperfect specimen that Homeworld would want shattered on sight. However, she warms up to newcomers relatively quickly and has an affectionate nature underlying her general distrust of strangers. Years of solitude have caused her to become extremely lonely and socially inept, with little knowledge of social cues or personal space. She resents herself immensely, due to her defective nature and extremely visible imperfections, and often tries to reform as a perfect quartz after poofing. After she meets her mate, she becomes more openly friendly and less reserved and is extremely protective of their territory and family matters. Social isolation has made her extremely curious and easily perplexed and startled; something as simple as a plastic spoon thrown from a car window on a nearby highway appearing in her territory can cause her unease.

Bio
Tiger's Eye comes from the Beta Kindergarten, a production site infamous for its high ratio of defects. A faulty injector spliced a fossil fragment into a quartz specimen and implanted them in the earth as a single individual, resulting in a gem who was severely defective and had physical and behavioral qualities of both gem types. This individual was Tiger's Eye, who emerged before her fellow quartzes and had an instant sense that she was wrong. Disgusted with herself for her incorrect existence, she fled into the wilds of earth, where she would remain for the next few thousand years, surviving the corruption bomb by burrowing several miles underground when she sensed that danger was near. After the war, Tiger wandered the same strict territory on earth indefinitely, sometimes encountering surviving fossils from the war who taunted her and even tried to harm her because of her quartz qualities. She was too quartz to be a fossil and too fossil to be a quartz, and so both parties constantly rejected her, until she one day stumbled upon an intruder in her territory who was equally mixed up, another natural-born fusion of fossil and quartz. Dinosaur Bone became her mate with time and the two remain on earth today, living peacefully away from gem and human affairs.
